Purpose: To develop, market, and provide members with comprehensive and legally approved standard real estate forms. The Committee shall stay abreast of current and anticipated changes in law and regulation, assess their potential impact on the real estate industry and establish policies and make recommendations to legal counsel and leadership regarding needed modifications for standard forms.
