Purpose: To monitor and recommend proposed state legislation, analyze its impact on the real estate industry, and provide support for the State Association’s position. The Committee shall also work in cooperation with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to monitor federal legislation, analyze its impact on the Missouri real estate industry, and coordinate appropriate responses with the National Association of REALTORS® to achieve legislative policy responsive to Missouri concerns.
