RPAC-MO Awards/Goals

Fundraising Achievement

First to Reach Goal:
This recognizes the first association/board to achieve their “Fair Share” Goal  (granted to only one association/board in each size category).

Most Dollars Collected:
This award recognizes the association/board that collects the most funds  (granted to only one association/board in each size category).

Highest Percentage of Participation:
This award recognizes the association/board with the highest % of its membership contributing to RPAC  (granted to only one association/board in each size category).

Over Goal:
This award is for all associations/boards that exceed their RPAC “Fair Share” Goal (granted to every association/board that reaches goal).

Major Donor Achievement

1% Major Donors:
This award recognizes any association/board that recruits 1% of their membership as Major Donors.  The membership number will be the same number used to determine the association/board’s Fair Share Goal – Nov. 30th the previous year (granted to every association/board that achieves 1%).

10% President’s Circle Members:
This award recognizes any association/board that recruits 10% of their Major Donors as President’s Circle members.
*An association/board may receive this award even if they do not receive the 1% Major Donor award; therefore, the association/board is recognized for recruiting 10% of their current Major Donor pool as President’s Circle members (granted to every association/board that achieves 10%).

Most New Major Donors:
This award will be granted to the association/board that increases their total number of Major Donors at any level (Sterling, Crystal & Golden) over the previous year (granted to only one association/board in each size category).

Highest Average Major Donor Contribution Amount:
This award will be granted to the association/board with the highest average of Major Donor dollars (granted to only one association/board in each size category).

Overall Achievement

Triple Crown Award:
This award recognizes any association/board that meets that year’s 1) fair share goal;
2) participation goal; and 3) Major Donor and President’s Circle member goals.

Overall Highest % of Goal:
This award recognizes the one association/board with the highest percent over goal (granted to only one association/board).

Largest Increase Over Previous Year:
This award recognizes the one association/board with the largest increase over the previous year (granted to only one association/board).

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes.  You may contribute more or less than the amount suggested or refuse to contribute without affecting your membership rights. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state & local political candidates.  The remaining 30% is provided to National RPAC & is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.
