GRI 401: “Negotiating Great Listings” Taught by John Hamilton

Anybody can get lots of listings if they have “no” standards!  BUT getting GREAT listings requires one to possess some significant negotiating skills.  GRI 401 is a fast paced day and has Four (4) Key Objectives.
To empower and equip course participants with the specific skills and capabilities to:

  1. Better package and presenting their seller services (to WOW the consumer).
  2. Win more competitive listings (where other agents are being considered).
  3. Earn that listing with a full commission (get paid what you are worth).
  4. Price the property competitively (complete effective price counseling).

This course begins with a significant dose of general negotiating principles, power sources, and influence strategies.  It progresses to incorporate those concepts into real life, user-friendly tools and techniques that will enable REALTORS® to achieve success in a competitive listing environment.  No frills, no hype, no theoretical posturing.  Simply loads of practical, workable, and effective systems not only to get more listings, but also to get GREAT listings!  Tools and strategies that one can use 5 minutes after leaving class!  Don’t just seek listings, negotiate GREAT listings!
