GRI-405: Play Your Proper Role
Learn the who, what, when and whys of agency and transaction brokerage. This course examines the role of seller’s agents, buyer’s agents and transaction brokers in Missouri real estate practice. Topics include creation of agency or non-agency, duties of an agent and transaction brokerage, dual agency and designated agency.

GRI-406: Write It Right and Get It Closed
This course helps the participant learn the issues and concerns in proper completion of sale contracts. Learn what the licensee can and can’t do in completing standard forms and learn the traps and pitfalls that can doom a transaction because of a poorly completed contract form. Topics include service contracts, elements of a contract, enforceability of contracts, closing and possession, defaults and remedies, multiple offers, and closing cost allocation.

GRI-408: Do It Right in Real Estate: Applying Ethics in Everyday Practice
This course focuses on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and its application to both license law and everyday real estate practice. The course draws parallels between license law and the Code of Ethics. Issues covered are fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, cooperation and compensation of co-brokers, competence in different real estate disciplines, truth in advertising, non-interference with agency relationships and arbitration of disputes.
This course fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® requirement for Quadrennial Code of Ethics training. GRI-408 has been MREC approved for 6 hours of Elective Continuing Education Credit.
