The Henry J. Aydt Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Henry J. Aydt, a pioneer in ethics education for the Missouri Association of REALTORS®. Henry dedicated much of his career as a REALTOR® to bringing the concepts, principles and spirit of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics to the members of the Association throughout the state.
Criteria:
- Candidates must be active REALTORS® of 5 years or less.
- They must be active members of Missouri Boards/Associations
- The scholarships must be used for the GRI Ethics Course and can be used anytime within the GRI five-year time limitation.
- Participation in Education and/or Professional Standards processes will be considered.
- Other Board/Association or State REALTOR® involvement will also be considered.
- Applicants need to submit their applications by June 30.
- A selection committee will review the applications and contact the candidates' Boards/Associations for endorsements.
Scholarships will be awarded to members enrolled in the GRI Ethics Course. Two scholarships will be awarded each year, and the scholarship winners will be announced at MAR’s Fall Business Conference. Consult the current GRI schedule to see when the Ethics Course will be offered. Complete the accompanying application.
